All the boys in Junior Infants want to say a huge thank you to the Parent’s Association for organising such a wonderful treat for our Pancake Tuesday. We had delicious pancakes hand delivered to our classroom and all the toppings we could ever dream of! We just wish it could be Pancake Tuesday every week!!
